White Knight CL447WV dryer – cool setting not working

The hot setting on this dryer works, the cool doesn’t. Any ideas please?

When you say cool you mean the half heat or reduced heat setting ?

One half of the element has probably failed if it is, a pretty straightforward and not overly costly repair.

Power off please if you are to attempt yourself :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂
