    Hi.

Most likely the heater is at fault, I would suspect.

ok, does this model have 2 heaters? as it seems i am getting some heat out of it. is it a job that can be done by myself? although if its a job that i can get done cheaply by a professional i am willing to pay. could anyone talk me through the job? thanks !

There is one heater assembly which has 2 seperate circuits. Think of it like a 2 bar electric fire.

    Straighforward job usually.

    Observe safety precautions.
