White Knight Door wont stay shut

I have a very old white knight gas tumble dryer BG411 and it works fine but the door will not stay shut and I have to keep it shut using a broom.
I know you can still get parts but not sure whether its the latch itself on the bit the latch goes into.
Any ideas much appreciated

Check the latch spring is seated properly. May need either the spring or the door panel

thanks for the suggestions, hubby had a look this morning and the spring seems OK but the catch is floppy, finally pinpointed it down to the door frame – do I owe someone a tenner??
