    Good evening…

Our tumble dryer, White Knight Model 43AW (Integrated) no longer heats up.

Is it likely that it is just the heater element that has gone, or are there other parts that could cause this? Everything else seems to be OK, and the reset switch at the back of the device does not appear to be the cause

    Many thanks

theres only one way to know – unplug dryer and multimeter the element if you have the equipment.

my supplier is stating the element should be £112 odd !?!?! but it doesn’t have a picture listed. if you are ging to test the element can you take a picture of the rear element and show us?

if was the standard 1800w or 2500w whiteknight/whirlpool/bosch round element id say yes, as one ring tends to fail eventually. they can knock out the resettable thermal cut out permanently too though.

but offhand, i do not have any experience of that model, that i can recall, im afraid.
