    Hi Guys,

Looking for a bit of help on this. I’ve just received a White Knight WM105V that is around 2 years old. However it has a fault that seems to be stopping it from starting a cycle. When turned on the program ready light is solid, which I think is normal. I then turn it to a program, say spin, where the two function lights ‘No Spin’ and ‘Cold Wash’ will flash 5 times, and the cycle will not begin?

Has anyone encountered this or knows what the remedy is as the instructions error diagnosis isn’t helpful at determining what this fault means? I’ve tested this so far without connecting to a water supply – don’t know if this matters when put on a spin cycle for example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks guys
    Josh

    should not matter without water
machine is like cars are these days it self checks everything first then goes
As machine is only 2 years old the normal things that wear over time is unlikely but worth checking

    i would check
motor brushes ( if it is a brush motor)
    thermostat and heater
    door lock
