this item has given up working in one of my tenants flats.

the lights come on etc, and it starts to work but within seconds it goes off.

the warranty co diagonosed a burnt out motor and eventally after several months managed to replace it. however the dishwasher still isn’t working. another technician suggested it may be lack of water supply but that was checked as well.

does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? if not can anyone recommend an integrated item which will fit into the slimline slot and behave itself a bit better?

the dishwasher iteslf seems idential to several on the market – whatother types of dishwasher are the same as this a 02-209270 White model

this model if my memory serves me is made by smeg, could be corrected though, they do have a tendency to have the programer stick and not finish the cycle, does water go in ? ,does it pump the water out when first switched on ?,do you hear the main pump washing( louder whooosh) spray arms spin ?,can you hear water going in ?

    Hi
Looking at model, it looks similar to Ariston LSI… also.
Is it dead as in no sound but if you open door, prog you selected flashing?
Could be faulty fill valve or gunge in pressure system.

    Regards

    Greg
