Can anyone provide him with any websites that has a breakdown of sales,reliability and other trade related issues.I will of course search this site for any info which maybe of interest to him.Dave

I don’t mind doing the odd one but at one point it was just getting bl00dy silly with all the requests for info, I’d have spent all my time answering students and not even getting drunk and slagging them off while doing it.
There are no stats on reliability. No manufacturer other than ISE or Miele publish them or anything even remotely close. What does that tell you? 😉
I can give you examples using broad strokes but I can’t name names. Asides from anything else I am entrusted with a lot of confidential info that is not to be repeated and I have to respect that and those that trust me with it. If I’m asked not to make something public, I don’t, even for a study.
Sales figures are, ehm, “difficult” to come by and if you do get them they are either gotten through nefarious means or very expensive to anywhere close to accurate.
Or pack him off for a day or two in Scotland after the Feb meeting, far too busy before that to do much.

Do you know,Iv’e slept on this overnight thinking i have seen some sort of info out there and so i opened up my electronic copies of ERT and there it was BINGO!!
At least it’s something without having to pay for it.Dave
