    I don’t know of any of my customers that ever use prewash,

    Perhaps we could do our own little survey in the public forums. 😉

    I cannot remember the last time I went to a customer that uses the pre-wash with the exception of the little old ladies who still do it even after you tell them they have no need to. 🙂
