    Have they got any though?

I have just got a refund from paypal after 6 weeks from an outfit advertising a part on ebid at a very low price.

The ad said they had 25 in stock but they had none and lost me the job in the end 😈

Re: who owns this site ???

In the past few months I have found that an alarmingly high number of parts are ‘out of stock’ at Masterpart.

I have several parts on back order from 6 or 7 weeks ago. 🙁

I ordered a part yesterday that was showing stock. Parcel arrived today, but the part I really needed was showing as a back order. Really frustrating, as I had told the customer I would be back today to fit the part.

I have found exactly this Iadom, last month for the first time in 5 years I only placed only one order with masterpart, I have been forced to give all my buisiness to Qualtex because of no stock problems.

I think all of Masterparts parts are being directed towards this public site. 🙁

the site did state in stock but i never tried to order it – maybe give it a go , ive now been kinda forced to price match this ..

we stopped ordering from masterparts re same problem ie order arrives without the 3-4 parts they said were in stock

Re: who owns this site ???

Having the same problems, booked the call with the customer and then had to let them down, because no stock but showing in stock when I placed the order.
Not good enough, I only order from them when I have to now.

Re: who owns this site ???

I must put in a good word for Masterpart. Yes, their stock levels are not as generous and they run out of things more than Connect or Qualtex, but I have found their pricing very keen lately and I’ve had no problems with order fulfilment once the order has been placed.

Re: who owns this site ???

Well I have just ( hopefully ) cancelled two parts that have been on back order since 27th July at MP.

One, a BEKO door seal that I eventually ordered on Saturday from ukwhitegoods which arrived today, the other one a Hoover door seal, cancelled due to the customer buying a new machine. 🙁
