Have the above machine that wouldn’t drain, I’m only getting 120 volts to the pump so a new module is required. Looking at these new modules and notice some of them require programing using the smart card reader doe’s anyone know if the module fitted to this machine is one of those that will require re programming. If so does the required smart card reader come with instructions ?
Was considering sending it away for repair but the appliance is in rented accomodation and they want it back in service as quick as possible their not worried about the cost.
Would appreciate any advice

All modules now need a smart card and the smart card reader, get it off to EMW, you will get it back almost a quick as you can pick up a module, smart card & reader and at half the price or even less.
