widl102 head wrecker

    this thing has my head wrecked. wash heater open circuit.replaced but drum struggles to turn in wash or distribution mode.it just groans and sometimes it will manage to turn.in spin mode it it ramps up and spins no prob.have replaced carbons and checked every connection i can see.it was doing this before heater was replaced but wasnt progressing in program.fills,drains,heats ok. dryer heater has good ins and res.no fault code displayed.can anyone let me have tech info on this one please.want to see neutral path from motor.paul

    Had a few motors like this. Motor armature faulty I would say.

    thank you for reply.motor tested out ok and does not look like m/c has had a hard life,very little carbon dust on motor.it just did not have the ability to turn drum on wash cycle.paul
