Exactly what happened to me, fortunately I was on the phone to my supplier on another matter and just happened to mention the rear half kit I ordered the day before. He said that it had come up as a complete drum which he was about to order. He then phoned Hotperloni and was told it was not for general release. I told him I would have the basic rear half instead.

Just tried to order one of these, only to be told ” for Indesit Co, engineers use only” 😥
Sorry guys i thought these were ready available, basically the kit contains drum rear, tub seal, heater, belt, pressure hose clips and 6 bolts for the drum support.
Keep a eye out it may be available in the future ❓

As I can actually add that part to Partfinder and I have a direct Hotpoint account, will anyone want it if I order one and it’s correct ?
Just to see what happens 😉

Just thinking about this, perhaps your order was automatically altered to a complete drum assy.
