K57 P2018 appears to be discontinued and I haven’t found specifications for it on the net. Will a VT9 do the job?

For the fridge section of an old Electrolux ER3201B fridge/freezer with auto defrost.

I am guessing now on more research that given this is a wet wall fridge freezer then rather than the VT9 I need a Ranco VXO?

Hello, the vt9 stat should be suitable for a wet wall evaporator.
The vxo stat turns off at a higher temperature. I’d go with the vt9,

Thanks, I’ll try the VT9 then.
