    Hi , My 5 yr old caple WMI 1011 is playing up . It seems to stop at the spin cycle ……….the “S” moves a bit on the programmer , drum turns a quarter turn , drain pump stays on but drum will not move . Have cleaned the filter and after i manually drain the machine …………..the drum can be spun by hand. Any ideas please ….

    problem fixed ………….engineer came , checked motor and brushes all ok . Noticed on filling that the water came halfway up the door , said he knew the fault ……………blocked pressure switch tube . Cleared it and gave me some descaler to run thru the machine . Could have been alot worse .
