Wine cooler not cooling

Hello everyone,
I have a Baumatic BWC614SS two zone wine cooler which will not cool to the required temperatures ( 5 deg and 15 deg). The fan spins, although it was caked in dust, and the compressor seems to be working as it make a noise and gets warm.
Any ideas please?

The internal fans are running and every few minutes I hear a click, like the sound of a relay engaging. Any ideas?

is the compressor actually running or is it just humming every now and then. if compressor fails to start overload relay clicks out. when it cools down it try’s again and so on

I think there might be a problem with the compressor in the winecooler. Relay clicks out in case of compressor failure. Call a technician and seek help from him in identifying what’s the fault.
