    HI,
    Recently a problem with my washing machine appeared. First of all there is a strange sound, no draining and spinning. On the washing machine display there is F09 fault. I tried to drain the front filter and clean it. Withy the next load the problem came back. At first I thought it might be to have load, but the machine is half empty. I think the problem first appeared when the load was to heavy.
    Can you give me any advise?

    This is a problem with the water level control system. The machine thinks it’s overfilling. The pressure switch is the most likely candidate.

    If you are not sure how to proceed, you must get pro help – use the link below for a UKW engineer in your area.

    Power off if you are going to investigate.
