Well, not sure whether I am missing something here? The person I am trying to help sets his white Indian cotton sports stuff on cottons wash at 40 and whether set on 800 or above the stuff finishes creased. I had a look and yes the cothes are a bit creased but I wouldn`t say that they were that bad but he seems to think they are…a strange one this one. I know that the machine 1) is plumbed into cold water 2) that it pumps out well 3) he uses fab conditioner 4) does not overload the machine 5) takes out his clobber as soon as the machine finishes. 6) the machine does heat to 40 degrees. Does not make sense to me!
Anyone got any pointers please? I suggested he puts his stuff on the sports cycle at 30 degrees ( which makes sense! ) something the failed to know that that programme even existed and try that. And yet I might have missed something though Lord knows what. Any ideas?
