    Good Morning Folks,
I have a odd one here customer complained that there Bosch WKD28350GB/03 washer dryer came up with a “E” error code when they put it on a 90 degree wash, when I arrived there it was all switched off and had water in it. I put it on a spin program and it pumped out the water and spun with out any issues, as there was no “E” error code listed I put it on a 90 degree wash and went off to do another job. when I got back there it had a “E20” error code and had stopped with water in it. Once again it pumped out with no problems. i asked the customer to try it on a 60 degree program and let me know the outcome. They have just rung in this morning and said it went through the programme fine. has anybody else come across this type of fault. Many Thanks Neil

well my first thought was possible heater leakage but just looked at the price and Bosch want £102.26 for the heater ( thats robbery ) part no 650685. So its a bit too expensive just to try

Can’t help with the E20 error but the wash element is a Smeg Part no 806890696, bit cheaper than Bosch but would still hurt to guess.
