hi this is just a general question really. I fitted a new element to the above washer 7 weeks ago cust rang me couple of days ago to say it wasn’t heating again after putting it on a hot was. went down and it was open circuit . pulled out the heater and it was massively scaled up. looked like it had been in years . question is why would it scale up so quickly . I know it’s hard water here but not that hard lol. I’ve had heaters fur up quickly when they are used on boil washes only but this wasn’t
