Wma 32 will not spin at full speed

Hi this hotpoint wma32 will not spin at full speed it tumbles ok then starts to work up speed and starts pulsing then stops and tumbles again? I had this machine in for bearings and noticed the fault on test after fitting the bearings , customer said it was spinning fine before ?

Any ideas

This is quite an early one they were really prone to motor loom problems as it rubbed on the front weight might be an idea to run your fingers over the loom wires individually see if you can find a ” lump ” this is likely to be an internal break. Motor start to ramp up, you get a bit wobble, wire disconnects internally and the cycle repeats…

Motor loom or Tacho fault .. Had that wit a tacho fault on a few occasions.
