    Which way do the seal for the bearings fit?
    The seal has a small lip on one side
    looking into the rear of the drum from the front do i push the seal home with the lip side facing me?
    Do i need to add any type of sealant?

    After pressing the inner bearing all the way home, you press the seal into the bearing holders remaining space without any additional sealant and with the lip towards you and the hollow of the seal toward the bearing.
