wma stuck on pre wash

Hi all, have to go look at a hotpoin wma, customer says prewash light is stuck on, any ideas?

Is it flashing or just stuck on? Prewash led flashing can be caused by faulty fill valves ( or taps off) pressure switch or pressure chamber faults.

You could run the ‘Last Error detected’ routine detailed in the known error codes thread.

Time out fill – poor supply, valve failure, syphoning.
