Got a 35S with bared shorted motor wiring versus concrete block and blown board tracks. Is The motor wiring loom available as a spare part and is it usually replaced whole in this case. Or repairwise is the wiring to be joined at a non flexing point in the loom. What is the best way of tying it out of the way to prevent this happening again? This is my 2nd WMA repair after fobbing them off up till now to HPT.

1603396 is the motor/door harness (loom) at about £3 😀

    Damn reasonable for a change.

These problems only appear AFTER a Hotperloni engineer(ha) has been at work on these machines. It looks like they need some training. 😉

It does look like there is a previously tied part in the loom due to a kink in the motor wiring where it has been hung from the drum. Thanks Dave/Bob.

As stated if the loom is tied up correctly it doesnt usually cause a problem, its after a drum change is when he problem arises.

For good measure try some spiral wrap – rswww.com

same for the washer dryer – cable wearing against cabinet behind timer.
