It’s the usual fault in this case, either the Interlock, Motor or Wiring Harness has blown the Module with it. Taking a close look on where the PCB is burnt will point you towards what caused it?

If you pop out the control board, and can see no blown tracks etc, it is usually the Control board, I change the board along with the Interlock (as most Hotpoint boys do).
But as Martin states above if you’ve got blow outs on the board, it usually means something external has blown and taken the board out with it.
