WMF740 Hotpoint door wont lock

Hi gents
have this WMF740 switches on select any programme press start door closed clicks 3 times and wont lock display show door and flashes door no code showing fitted new door lock same fault any help please or is it the pcb

Check the motor brushes and also the very weak motor plug connections.
