I have had a few of the Linear pressure switch models get stuck on F05 and refuse to reset, normally happens after a genuine blockage but the module refuses to reset and start again.
Normally end up reprogramming and its fine.
Obviusly this is not something you can do with out access to smart card programmer ect.

I’ve got programmer don’t have card just need to order card but its out off stock 5045176966854 connections
Have you had many PCB you can fix by reprogramming .hate buying card because they read only once .
Thanks I hate reordering PCB at cost to customer .it mean 1 PCB 2 cards
1 too reprogram then 1 for new PCB if pcb faulty so never reprogram old PCB
Thanks will try and let you know depends on customerJanuary 28, 2013 at 8:44 am #388773iadom

Cliffpat7, as you appear to be in the trade, have you applied for trade access?

It’s not often a reprogram will resolve problems however in the last 2 years Iv seen and others have also seen it that this particular issue with the machine refusing to reset after an Fo5 does go away with a reprogram.
It like it locks out and no matter what you do it won’t reset
I’d order the board and 2 cards, give the customer the choice and let them make the decision
