Can I ask advice about my Kuppersbusch wok hob, please? It is model EWI 457.1 M, and is about 7 years old.
It works fine, but always “beeps” when I touch a control, and beeps in a pulse pattern while it is cooking – the pulse is faster according to the cooking setting. This has never worried me, but now I have been told that it should not make these noises, and there may be an electrical problem.
Can I have your advice as to whether it is safe, please?
