    Hi Guys,

    I’ve been working on this for a few weeks now.

    The company is Home Assistance who are looking for agents across the UK to do work for them. They are part owned by Centrica (so should be safe as well backed) and are looking to compete directly with Homeserve basically.

    You need these forms to apply…

    Agreement PDF

    Application

    Prospect Letter

    Although whitegoods are not mentioned as such they are in the process of setting up a network.

    Me being me suggested the following rates to them which, to be fair, seem to have been received okay:

    £55 any freestanding product
    £60 built-in/integrated product
    +£30 for refrigerant system work
    +£20 for gas product
    +£40 for a 2 man job, large hoods, ranges etc. if they have to be moved to repair

    All you need to do, if you are interested, is fill out the blank bits and email them back to a chap called Terry Blair on TerryBlair@homeassistanceuk.com and he will take over from there.

    Not sure if this is a problem at my end or yours but when clicking on any of the 3 links provided, i get a message back saying the port has been blocked.

    Has anyone sent off their forms yet?

    I emailed mine a week ago and haven’t had any response.

    I believe so although I’ve not had any work either as yet.

    Funnily enough I had a call from them the other day looking for an agent in Cardiff IIRC.
