Worried re “Diplomat” items ordered via MFI

Hi – we have ordered a new kitchen from MFI and because we are tight on funds, have gone for Diplomat gas hob, oven, chimney and I am now a bit worried after reading a few things in here about buying very good quality items etc. Any thoughts anyone?

Generally they’re okay actually, not the best but not the worst either unless it’s a Chinese dishwasher. The Hygena ones are the budget range of appliances, Diplomat tend to be a bit better although recently I’ve noticed some cheaper products creeping into the range.

Hi. Just thought i’d let you know that we have now had a five-burner Diplomat Gas Hob (MFI) for nearly a year now and never had any problems. Reliable, good even burning rings etc. No worries.
