would a tri ben aw1402 drum transfer to a zwf12070?

dreaded sealed tub on a zan 12070 (even tho on mediator it states that pnc had a split tub) has something jammed in it. so a replacement is ber.

however i have a 15 month old t/b aw1402 where the motor had gone, and blown the board. kept it for spares as done a few t/b ourselves, and
incidentally the drum was replaced 10 months in because the c/c counterbalances werent screwed in tight, so barely been used.

what i wanna know is will it fit? both share same carcass, same capacity drum. appear similar dimensions too. as i said problem is connect only list teh split tub spares for this pnc, which means i cant see if they match up :s

has anyone attempted it yet, any success, and if both sealed tubs arent the same, does anyone know what the actual differences are as i dont think either have recirculation pumps

hmm just had a play around

tubs seem to be spin speed -variable.

i.e
aw1401/1402 = zwf14070

aw1201/1202 = zwf12070

aw1001/1002 = zwf10070

would this be down to motor mountings or bearings? I cant think or any other variable that would be spinspeed specific :s

not sure, customers away on holiday till tonight… :s when you say motorplug am i right in assuming you mean the rubber bung bits and not the loom connection?

Sorry misread the thread, thought you needed to know if motor would fit a motor.

AW1402 had 2 types of welded tubs used .
1268576400 & 1268576418
ZWF12070 used a 1268576301
As there were 16 models of ZWF12070 made its probably best you search with PNC num’s.
