wpl condensor dryer

hi guys,
wpl condensor dryer
no model as yet, customer elderly and can see number.
complains that the room it is kept in is all of a sudden filling with condensation when the dryer is on and the water collection bottle is completeley dry all the time and not filling up with water.
any common faults to look for ?
any tips would be great.

ive had this and it was the felt seal either at the back or front of the drum had come unstuck and letting steam into the room and leaving a puddle on the floor hope this helps.

exactly what you said, the front seal has come unstuck that the drum runs on.
has anyone got a part no. for it please.

Hi Abbots,
The gasket front part number is 481246668561. Also check underneath the left roll(wheel) to see if the o ring seal is broken if it is you can either super glue it or replace with a new one (Gasket ac bottom – 481246688523) i glue them and have non come back on me again.
