Customer has a Whirlpool F/Freezer S2OB RBB20-A/G 858615215001, the control panel has started to flash & chatter, fridge icon led flashes red & 2 dashes “–” appear in freezer display. Any idea of what this could be, first of these i’ve been asked to go to.

back board, user board or both depending on the serial number. There is a massive post in the public forums all about this a kit is available in the shop which can repair this problem and is a lot cheaper if it works on your model.KIT IS HERE
