hi all been here today and found out another company has been out a month or so ago and now want nothing to do with the machine.The fault is fridge not cold the baffle is totally closed but the other comp has already fit a baffle(4812361137103) but the fault is still the same<i did have a look at baffle and the flap is very loose i cant remember if this is correct there is no resistance at all.Has anyone got a manual for this machine as i would like to get to the bottom of it,also there was a load of moisture dripping from the baffle.

Hello,

Motorised baffle are common failures.

But it could be the thermistor, don’t have the part number to hand but it is sold by whilrpool, ASD Connect.

Sure the baffle has been replaced?
Tried sliding ity open and see if it closes?

Have you tried with the fridge door lamp switch o/c or c/c?
