W’Pool SxS FRBB36A, fridge not cooling

Got a customer on the phone with a Whirlpool American style F/Freezer FRBB36A F2012 -858615030158, freezer is cold, no cooling in fridge & not making ice. Customer says its recently got a fault flashing, described it as black triangle in display & the letters SENSE.
Anyone got fault codes or diagnostics/service info please.

Hi, how old is it?
I would check to see if the compressor is running then inspect the evaporater to see if you have too much ice or too little.
It will be one or the other.

Thanks, its 4-5 years old, just out of warranty.
Customer has already defrosted it totally as I suspected evaporator may be frozen over & advised them to defrost it before I called out. I was off for 48hours with doors open, now freezer works o.k but fridge not going down, was thinking fan or flap motor problem, haven’t worked on a W’Pool SxS before.
