    Hi

    Customer complaining that sometimes the sensor dry programs leave the washing far too damp. Happens about once in 7 loads.
    Any suggestions.

    Heat pump Siemens is it? You’ve gotta hope it is an NTC problem as your best option. 🙁

    Correct it has the heat pump Martin.
    How does this model measure the damp in the clothes?

    IIRC there’s an NTC located on the capillary tube that measures the heat level from the drum air outlet.

    Does anyone know how you change the thermistor at the front of the dryer, do you have to take the front panel off or can you remove the right hand fan cover for access?
