WT741 Stuck on 01 minute

This Hotpoint fails to rinse and spin after a wash, instead it agitates endlessly on 01 minute until customer cancels.

Machine will rinse and spin as normal if that is selected.

Suspect heater as insulation is high on heater but not infinite?

Any experience with this one?

i think its the heater you could try disconnecting it to see if it makes a difference.

If there are no earth leaks on the heating element I would go for the module, have had them wash continuously and replaced the module.
