I need to post apologies for delay with contacting Kate and getting Bosch questionaire to Ken. I’ve had some ‘Serious’ tooth issues that have literally caused a 32yr old well built man to turn into a wimpering little boy!

My face is due back by mid next week latest, so my WTA tasks will be the first on the ‘To Do List’.

I was gonna skip Bob2 but, in light of the latest developments from DSG, perhaps I won’t.

It’s a presentation that explains how accounts work in the real world for repairers on contract work of any kind. Figuring out costs and all that stuff but in a slightly entertaining and shocking way.

Shock and awe, can’t beat it as the Yanks say.
