Sorry Carl, I didn’t see your previous replies when answering on my phone…
Lawrence, can we have Marketing Consent Requests written into the membership renewals email/letters on the next run then?
Although that will not cover us for this instance… We need a letter/email and addressing system.

How about this then?
If we put it in the WTA Forum and in the General Trade Forum then this should entice a few new members too…
What do you think?

Keep it simple ,Create a mailing list with members emails ( we need one anyway )then produce a PDF brochure (Ask Mike ) with our logo etc on it pointing out benefits and offers ,put a point of contact or email address on it where people can request a no obligation insurance review, then bulk mail it out to everyone and put it in the forums, then its up to people to answer if they are interested.
That way no cold calling, no confusion
we then do the same with CK tools offer and masterpart etc on a regular basisApril 5, 2013 at 7:41 pm #392889Allsorts

We can put a pointer post in the general trade forum ,that should do the trick .

I thought we did change the membership application having an opt out tick box so we could send info or allow to use members details for benefits info?
George, in regards to offering to general forum to entice more members I though the insurer was going to offer an incentive that the savings made would be more than equivalent to membership fee. Thing is then this wont be a member benefit if its open to all, unless they have 2 prices a good deal and an exclusive deal?
Sorry if I missed what they were offering when you had the meeting with them.Steven

We are still working on it, but… The insurer is going to do the poster so that the offer is clear to all but restricts the offer to WTA.. This means that you either have to be a member of the WTA or become a member of the WTA to be able to uptake on the facilities, benefits and/or offers.
