Any experienced this before on Samsung WW70J5555MW/EU or similar. Has brushed motor and brushes are good. Suspect motor, triac or tachometer but not vastly experienced with these machines. Managed to get into service mode (AS I think) and went through tests 1-10 but none of them seemed to work.
Let me know if you’ve got any experience with these.
Check for a broken wire in the harness to the motor. Normally in the foamed section of wires coming up from base of cabinet to motor plug.

Many thanks for the advice. My customer is already looking into a new machine but hopefully they will let me come back in light of this new information.
Even if I don’t get back there I’ll certainly look out for this on future jobs with same symptoms.
