Last year we failed to do this event, so I’d like to do it this year with your approvals.
I propose Xmas dinner with Bed and Breakfast overnight on the 2nd December, a Saturday.
This time we pay for our invited guests (not their bar bills), therefore we invite 40 guest which will knock us £5,000.
It’s a good opportunity to pay back all those who help, our staff, our Mods, our staunchest supporters.
Of course I reckon the venue should be Sibson.
What you guys think?

Crackin idea Kev but just the ones who have stuck by us through thick n thin. There are a few who’s support has dwindled & faded away over recent months.
I dont need to mention names but it would obviously be made up from members who are mainly subscribers.Sean

Yep, I’d go with that as well 🙂
Although support hasn’t dwindled at all Sean IMO, just there’s 100’s of new members on the site now and they all have an opinion 😉

If we do this then it should be an ISE sponsored event for those that have supported us for the launch as well as a few hand picked bods.
Just my own sentiment.

ok, email enquiry away asking for 20 rooms (doubles), UKW employees mods and JH along with spouses take up 13, with Criag, thats 14 rooms.
Who else do you want to invite, where we pay for the room?
For instance, Tony Brown, Li or Trevor?
I’ll post when I have more detail back from the enquirey
KevinTony Brown would be a good one for sure as I think he supports us wherever he can.
Li, not sure but I will ask. I’m pretty sure that he’ll decline though and it’s a nice gesture regardless.
