    THEY BREAK WHEN YOU CONNECT THEM, GET CALL BACKS WHEN THEY START LEAKING, DOES ANYONE MAKE A STRONG ONE,I DO ALOT OF INSTALLATIONS, SOMETIMES JUST PUT ANOTHER TAP.
    ALSO HAD A FEW SELF BORING TAPS WITH BLUNT CUTTERS.THATS MY MOAN FOR TODAY

    The answer to your question is YES and YES, try BSH ‘Y’ piece connector, they are the BEST

    Meile used to do a metal Y piece they were good.

    Dunno if they still do them or not.

    I too have had experiances with plastic “Y” pieces, and yesterday I installed a new zan washer which was cold fill only and the old machine was connected with a metal “Y” which went straight in to the tool box. I will show it to my plumbers merchant and ask if he can source some more, If he can I will let you know.

    Sorry forgot to add if the plumbers merchant can supply they will have to be cheaper than Meile

    reminds me of the old days… remember bendix used to supply an ” f ” connector to fit their double solenoids ?
