    Don’t know about anyone else on this site but I use it for information, knowledge, sharing the above and sometimes just a look to see what’s going on. I look at topics in the technical side and just read the returns, add my bit if necessary or lean back and say ‘oh yeah might be that’ But what really Pisces me off is when you get an interesting problem which is answered by ‘you have mail’ or the like. Why are so many problems sorted out on a personal level and not for all of us to reap the benefits of? You can’t buy experience and a lot of folk out there have more than I do on certain fields so can we share it please? Or am I missing something?/

    Was tempted to say ‘You Have Mail’ but i think in most cases it is service
    manuals or bullitins that are being sent to the person looking for help.

    This used to annoy me too. Till I realised that some would be putting their employment at risk if they shared info. openly.

    I shall copy you in to every mail I send anyone ever again , please forgive my insensitivity . Or perhaps I wont bother sending anyone anything, it will be a lot easier

    Have to be fair, i’ve done that more than once & never been turned down. If you need info & ask all the engineers are only too willing to help.
