In that the house is indeed owned by a plumber and his missus. He put that extra hot feed there so his wife could clean his van using a ‘mixer’ hose during the chilly winter months.8)

Well thats my wifes Christmas present sorted now.

I’m sure she will be well happy, a new iron, apron and now some hot water for those outdoor activities shes been wanting to do.
