I always use a neon after the appliance i was working on had no earth through the plug lead and a bared live touching the case and whilst pulling it out I touched another apliance that was earthed…did i have a surprise! so now i always use a neon to touch the case before I touch it…

i dont know about most used but i ended up losing my 8mm socket today and my last job was a e/lux split cab with lots of 8mm nightmare.My most used ar emy 2 bosch drivers the small one with the angeld attatchment and my small drill/driver.

Yes I know what you are up against there, used to work for service force got through loads of 8mm, have to remove 10 just to split cabinet.

Still finding old thread bare 8mm’s lying around.
