Front page news yesterday, Domestic & General have just hit a new milestone – 5 million customers in the UK…..very well done! 😀

Respect to them and no mistake. And, they know how to promote and ensure repeat business because, and in special thanks to their 5 millionth….

D&G wrote:To celebrate this milestone, we were delighted to present a special gift to our five millionth customer. Mrs Janet Gallie of Epsom received a £500 gift voucher to spend on an Indesit domestic appliance of her choice, along with a 5 year extended warranty. She said, “Thank you so much to Domestic & General for this wholly unexpected Christmas gift. We bought our warranty cover to ensure our peace of mind if anything should go wrong with our new fridge, and never dreamt it would lead to this.”

I can only conclude that in order to get “peace of mind” it’s probably best to insure your Indesit product through them. What a good idea eh? I wonder what Janet of Epsom chose?

It all sounded so good before I read the ” £500 gift voucher to spend on an Indesit domestic appliance of her choice “.
I would tell them where to stick there Indesit voucher and Ill keep the old appliances. 😆

I did a repair for him, he was bl**dy horrible. Not at all like the man on the telly, a right pain in the bum. All of our engineers who met him said the same about him.

I thought he had not been on the TV for a while, now I know why.

Funny enough he refused to let me install the replacement dishwasher unless I took his old one away. I told him I had no space in the van as it was racked out, he went bl**dy potty, he said “Do you know who I am?”
I said no! He then asked me to leave. But not in those words. 😉

That means at least 4 million of them will covered by manufacturers engineers ie Hotpoint, Bosch, Stoves etc………………
