Engineer been out to Zanussi compact condenser dryer with no heat. Tested stat in drum and heating element, theres a circuit across 2 pairs and through the 2 tocs on back of element. Any ideas please, thinking poss timer? Cheers kez

Think I remember seeing one of these with a fault on the motor plug causing the same problem. The heater was wired through a connection at the motor plug & there was a faulty connection there, it stumped me for a while.
Worth checking to see if its the same type.
