Ive had this problem a few times now and by swapping the matrix down the left side of the cabinet seems to have cured them all so far. Its quite a fiddley job but its worked for me.

    good luck

Maggi – If you can get hold of Alex he will talk you thro this problem. As stated one version of this machine needs the matrix to rectify the fault but the other version needs a syphon tube replacement. Ive had about 5 of these little bleeders over the last two weeks and Alex has saved the bacon on both versions. Regards – Bonz

I am coming across this problem; a complete dismantle releiving any pent up pressure has provided a short term cure. I would like to hear the story from Alex if possible.
    Thanks

    I have p.m’d Tom.

The best fix is a new IWMS, (Matrix) There is a valve kit and pressure switch mod kit as well, but the IWMS will still need doing. Valve kits depend on how many valves are on the IWMS.

Any NESN agents should be able to ask Stoke for the details on the valve kits. Best of luck on that one.

part no for valve kit 50271495009 ?

comes complete with instructions. a doddle after the first 50. can only be fitted to version 2 I.W.M.S (the two solenoid one) and contrary to above if the I.W.M.S ain’t blocked leave it alone!

    Re: ZAN D/W not filling

Haven’t done very many of these but the few that I’ve done have all had blockages between the Matrix and sump. One or two have also had weak valves. To date have never needed to change the Matrix.
