zan da6142 foamy

Hi all
Got a zan da6142 911911007/01
All white inside and need to scrub glasses to get them clean after wash so orderd a softner 😳
Now iv’e seen it I have noticed that at the start of the normal wash B it opens the dispensor twice before heating, hence all foamy.Sometimes wont heat because foamy (heater clicks off/on) but with rince aid set to min it does heat ok but is not pumping arms round very well.
Could this be a timer fault as there is a definate voltage at the valve both times before the heater comes on.

All help appreciated as I dont have disc due to cost at the moment
