Hi Folks,

I fitted metering tanks ie the big plastic tank on left side of machine, to two machines approx 15 months ago. The same problem occured again to one of these 2 weeks ago and now the other has rang this morning and sounds like the same has happened to hers. They live within 3 or 4 miles of each other (is this significant ie water) or can anyone throw any light on this as to why it would occur so quickly again.

I think there’s a kit for these, IWMS (“inlet water management system” I assume)

You may well have fitted that already though as the metering tank is part of the kit, as far as I know, you get the inlet valve and pressure switch in the kit as well.

The water pressure has a bearing on these. If to high problems still prevail.

There is a modified inlet system to compliment the IWMS kit, depending how many valves on the IWMS and product numbers etc. The inlet kit though doesn’t work if the water pressure is low.

Age is another criteria on these, and if less than 2 years, they may qualify for a discount on parts.
