Called out to m/c bleeping after about 45 mins from start. Found no drain due to sticking golf ball in sump hose. Removed ball, tested, billed and waved good bye. Called back for similar fault. At end of wash m/c will drain, shut down and then start to bleep. Is m/c remembering the old fault code? does it need to be reset? and how is it done?
    Any help gratefully received,
    Mike.

That is interesting. Do you think a missing eco ball would cause this problem?

    No…
The ball should be replaced tbh.

I think megawatt is mixing up golf and table tennis. I guess the balls look just the same from a spectators’ point of view 😆 .

Yes, Megawatt is mixed up but not about golf balls. I know the purpose of the eco ball but have got accustomed to calling a golf ball due to a long story about a customer who played golf. Do any golfing fans know how to read the fault codes on this machine and what the fault codes are?
    Regards,
    Mike.
